Jacqueline Pyrah
Jacqueline (Jackie) is a graphic designer and marketeer who began her career in PR and marketing after qualifying in Business. She worked in London in PR, marketing and brand account management before joining the Board of a post-production company where she helped to steer it towards flotation on AIM.
After moving to York in 1999, Jackie formed a graphic design and communications business before merging it with Europe’s largest creative design and build company, Paragon Creative Ltd, to head up its graphics and communications department. Here she gained a BA Hons in Graphic Design (first class) while working on projects for some of the world’s leading museums and visitor attractions.
In 2016 Jackie elected to work freelance and takes great pleasure drawing on her experience to create thoughtful, commercial and imaginative graphic design concepts for her clients.
She is currently working on interpretive graphics for SS Great Britain and recently completed the exhibition graphics for a temporary exhibition for RIBA called Wide-Angle View and the external interpretive graphics for Helmingham Hall Gardens.
